I could be wrong on this, but am I the only one that feels that Chase doesn’t really offer much in the way of additional bonuses? Their cards are pretty good and valuable, and I think they feel they don’t have to make any sort of extra incentive. That’s all fine and dandy, but their competitors do pretty often! Regardless of how you feel, they are currently offering a bonus, so I can only complain so much, right?
There are deals for both new and existing Spotify customers. If you are a new customer to Spotify, you’ll be able to get 6 months for free, and then 5% statement credit for 6 months. If you already use Spotify Premium, you’ll be able to get 5% on your monthly statement credit for the 6 months. You must enroll by 5/31/20 for both of these deals.
If you use your Chase card on Groupon, you’ll get 10% back in the form of Groupon bucks for a total of 12 months. There is a limitation of up to $50 per month though. On the bright side, you’ll have until next year to enroll, you’ll have to enroll by 2/28/21
Chase cardholders are also eligible for Shoprunner for free
I think these are all great deals all around. I don’t have Spotify Premium, but this wouldn’t be a bad time to try it. Their free trials usually last for 3 months or so, so you’re getting double the time frame. Groupon already offers some pretty good deals too, so getting 10% back is always appreciated. Finally, Shoprunner is a pretty common benefit on American Express cards, but if you didn’t have that already, then it it’s free here too.
