60,000 Hawaiian Airline Points + Annual Fee Waived Offer

Have you ever dreamed about going to Hawaii? Or are you from the 808 and travel to the mainland often on Hawaiian Airlines? Either way, Barclays is offering a deal on the Hawaiian Airlines credit card that you may want to consider.

The Offer

Click here to get the direct link to the offer. The standard sign up bonus on this card is pretty low, at 35,000 points when you spend $1,000. However, through this offer, you are able to get almost double that, 60,000 points! All you have to do is spend $2,000 within the first 3 months. In addition to that, the $99 annual fee on the card is waived in the first year.

Credit Card Summary

The Hawaiian Airlines credit card comes with an annual fee of $99 which is waived in the first year. As of time of writing, the sign up bonus is 60,000 points when you spend $2,000 within the first 3 months. Not an all time high of 75,000, but still not too shabby compared to the original sign up bonus of 35,000.

As far as the reward categories are concerned, they are broken down as follows:

  • 3x: Hawaiian Airline purchases
  • 2x: Gas, dining, and grocery store purchases
  • 1x: Everywhere else

In addition, you will get a $100 companion discount on coach tickets between Hawaii and North America every time you pay the annual fee. You are also going to be getting your first bag checked for free, no foreign transaction fee, and ability to share points between friends and family on HawaiianAirlines.com

Final Thoughts

Looking at the past, the 60,000 point sign up bonus is actually available pretty frequently. However the difference here is that the annual fee is waived within the first year.

Still, it’s not too bad of an offer. It may be a little difficult to use these points for award flights, and for those people you could either transfer them to Hilton at 1:1.5, or use them for inter island travel at 7,500 points per one way ticket.
